At Fizza Anwar Coaching Academy is part of Hub of Tech Management. We are committed to providing training programs that deliver results. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and therefore, we offer a refund policy for some of our products, subject to the following terms and exceptions:

CYBER CAREER MASTERY

This program has a NO REFUND POLICY.

We want you to get started and achieve the goals that were set out for you on the call you had with our team. 

CYBERSECURITY HOME LAB MASTERY

As a self guided program, a 14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE applies to the Cybersecurity Home Lab Mastery program.

If you genuinely do not like this program, or feel that it is not suited to your goals, we are prepared to offer you a full refund.

In order to qualify for your refund, you must demonstrate that you have worked through at least 20% of the program material and submit your request on or before the 7th day after your purchase. You can contact our team at [email protected].

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

If you receive a refund, it will immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement. You will immediately stop using the material and destroy all the information provided to you, including but without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are up to the discretion of the team at Hub of Tech Management.

PRIVATE 1-1 COACHING:

Any programs which include private coaching sessions are non-refundable. This INCLUDES CYBER CAREER MASTERY PROGRAM.

We are dedicated to your success through personalized coaching.

If you have joined our elite coaching with private sessions, you have made a commitment to consciously make a change in your technical skills through regular personalised coaching. These results can only be seen after a period of time working with your coach and putting in the practise.

Unless otherwise agreed, your access to private sessions will have an expiry date and must be consumed within the time frame of the membership. i.e. Cyber Career Mastery - 24 weeks. 

In the case of Private coaching outside of a program the following applies:

Up to 8 sessions have a validity of 60 days.

9-12 sessions have a validity of 90 days.

In the event that you unable to attend sessions in the timeframe listed above due to a force majeure, please submit your request for an extension together with proof of you inability to attend and the reasons supporting this.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS AND SALES: ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

This includes any program purchased at a reduced price from the original price or purchased with a discount coupon

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

1. Refund Application: You must submit your refund request on or before the last day of the applicable refund policy period, which varies based on the product purchased (i.e., 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days). Requests should be made via email to [email protected]. Please note that refunds are limited, and we encourage you to start the program promptly if you enroll.

2. Proof of Participation: You will be required to provide evidence of your engagement with the course material to demonstrate that you have made an effort to benefit from the program. Please submit your proof to [email protected] before the expiration of your guarantee.

3. Company Discretion: All refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of the company. We will assess the validity of each request and determine whether to grant or deny the refund.

Our courses are intended for individuals who are serious about improving their skills. If you enroll with the intention of only "checking them out" without committing to the program, we advise against purchasing.

IMPORTANT: If you have attended a live coaching session as part of your purchased course, you are no longer eligible for a refund, and the refund policy becomes null and void.
